1. Can I/We purchase a lot and build on it later? No. Our current goal is to sell both the lot and home together to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. 2. Can I/We purchase a lot and use our own builder? No. Cifone Construction Co. Inc. is the exclusive builder. Quality construction and customer satisfaction are our joint priorities. 3. Do I/We have to choose from the 3 home plans offered by Cifone Construction Co. Inc. or can we use our own plans? We feel Cifone Construction Co. Inc.’s home plans offer a comprehensive choice of designs and the amenities most family’s need. However, if you have a plan that conforms with the homes in the neighborhood, we will be happy to consider it. 4. Will I/We be allowed to customize our new Cifone Construction Co. Inc. home to best fit our needs? Are there upgrades available for your home plans? YES. Using upgrades, Cifone Construction Co. Inc. will work with you, if needed, to modify our home plans to best suit your specific needs. 5. Do you have any models available to visit? We are currently in the process of building one of each of our 3 home plans as model homes. Stop by W. Tremont Street and see our progress! 6. If I/We choose to build and select a lot on West Tremont Street, how long will the building process take? Your dream home should be ready to move into 90 days after the completion of the foundation. 7. Is my realtor welcome? Yes. Our competitive prices do include realtor fees.
